Zahira College produced another finest performance of the season to record a thrilling 36-28 win over Thurstan College in a closely contested Rugby encounter in the Dialog Schools Under-19 League Tournament 2026, played at the Zahira Grounds on 23^rd May 2026.

From the opening whistle to the final moments, Zairians produced a spirited and commanding display to emerged as group champions and qualified for the Cup segment, placing them among the top six schools in the tournament.

This hard-fought triumph will definitely uplift the team’s growing confidence, determination and competitive spirit as the tournament progresses.
