Zahira College, Colombo commemorated its Founders’ Day on August 22, 2026, at the college’s Abdul Ghafoor Hall under the patronage of Principal Trizviiy Marikkar.

Keynote Oration & Chief Guest: The event featured A. M. Nahiya—a former Vice Principal of Zahira College, former Director General of the Ministry of Rehabilitation, and public official. He delivered the Founders’ Day oration titled “Founders and Legacy of Zahira: Reflecting on 134 Years of International Transformation through the Lens of a Public Servant,” honoring the founders’ vision and legacy.
