Human Resources Manager

This is a new post created for a top caliber Human Resources Manager, male or female who has the following qualifications:-


  • Relevant Degree from recognized University, local or overseas or a professional qualification in HRM.
  • Hands-on experience of over 7 years at Senior Level.
  • Excellent Communication skills in English Language including ability to write Reports covering legal aspects of the work.
  • Good Knowledge of Labour Laws and Regulations and designing, installing and maintaining Staff Administration Systems and to follow up.
  • Age limits : 35 to 55 years.

Other requirements:-

  • Should be capable of Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Orientation, Training and Development, Compensation Management, Career Planning, Grievance Handling, Employee Performance Review process, and organizing and planning of work.
  • Computer Literate, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The position will attract an appropriate good remuneration package plus EPF and ETF.
